Once we have received your order please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holiday).
Once the order is processed it will be delivered in 7-10 days. To make sure that order is delivered within mentioned time frame please provide correct house number, building name, street name and pincode. Nautankishaala is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the courier service we have no control over the package.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, WhatsApp and SMS will be sent with a link.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
As we have closed our business we do not offer any exchange and returns.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. (care@nautankishaala.com) We only cancel the order if it is not processed and shipped.
(ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE ORDERS)
Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.200 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
