Processing & Shipping
Once we have received your order please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holiday).
Once the order is processed it will be delivered in 7-10 days. To make sure that order is delivered within mentioned time frame please provide correct house number, building name, street name and pincode. Nautankishaala is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the courier service we have no control over the package.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, whatsaap and SMS will be sent with a link.
Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs 199. We do provide COD on specific pin codes with an additional Rs 60.
In order to exchange, please drop us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package at email@example.com along with your order number and an image of the purchased product, stating the reason for the exchange.
As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹150.
The new product would only be send after the company receives the product and a proper inspection of the product has been done.
All products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange product to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, after receiving the product.
Note that exchange is only possible if the product is available in the stock.
In order to initiate a return please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. Returns will be accepted for 48 Hours after the order is placed.
We have two option-
SELF SHIP BY CUSTOMER
The items must be self shipped by the customer to our facility. All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. Once the items have passed quality check, we will give you store credits.
REVERSE PICK UP
In this case, a reverse pickup will be initiated and the products will be picked up from your location. Once the items have passed quality check, a refund will be initiated to the payment method used while placing the order. Restocking and transportation charge of Rs.150 will be deducted per item. Once the items have passed quality check, we will give you store credits.
(WE DO NOT REFUND).
If you receive a faulty item, please raise a return request within 24 hours of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact email@example.com for assistance. In this case we will provide you free exchange.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. For more information, or if you are unsure if you are eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
Headwear, masks and accessories cannot be returned.
Please note that the color of the products on the website may differ slightly depending on the screen of the laptop or phone being used.
Nautankishaala takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. (email@example.com) We only cancel the order if it is not processed.
Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.100 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
