Monthly Plans -
- One Month Plan - You will receive one box which is exclusively made for that month. You can renew the plan anytime or ask us to do the same.
- Three Months Plan - You will receive 3 boxes in 3 months which are exclusively made for that month. You can renew the plan anytime or ask us to do the same.
- Six Months Plan - You will receive 6 boxes in 6 months which are exclusively made for that month. You can renew the plan anytime or ask us to do the same.
- One Year Plan - You will receive 12 boxes in 12 months which are exclusively made for that month. You can renew the plan anytime or ask us to do the same.
This box will take around 14 days to deliver as it includes products that are developed on demand.

Processing & Shipping
Once we have received your order please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holiday).
If you have placed a COD order then after placing your order you will receive a CALL for order confirmation. Your order will only be shipped after confirmation over call.
Once the order is processed it will be delivered in 7-10 days. To make sure that order is delivered within mentioned time frame please provide correct house number, building name, street name and pincode. Nautankishaala is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the courier service we have no control over the package.
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, WhatsApp and SMS will be sent with a link.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.
Nautankishaala takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. (care@nautankishaala.com) We only cancel the order if it is not processed and shipped.
(ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE ORDERS)
Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.200 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
