RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


RETURN


We want 100%, satisfied customers. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, email us on info@nautankishaala.com  with your order ID.


Terms and Conditions


-You can return/exchange within seven days of delivery.  We will also pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.


- We accept products in their original packaging unopened. All the items must be in unused condition with original tags attached.


- We recommend you to use speed post as your courier service.


-Once your courier is received, and we have performed necessary quality checks (usually takes 3-4 business days) we will refund the product amount to you as points in your Nautankishaala account.


EXCHANGE


- Once your return is received your new product will be shipped with no additional cost, if the exchange is a result of our error.


- Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.


SHIPPING


Your product is shipped within two business days after your order is placed. However, if your order is placed before 10 am, we are most likely to ship on the same day. Shipping charges are Rs 60. We do provide COD on specific pin code with an additional Rs 39.


PAYMENT AND PRIVACY


We use a secure payment gateway.

All your information is secure with us as we highly respect your privacy. This record is used for delivery and record keeping. We do not store any of your card details and personal information.
