In order to exchange, please drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at care@nautankishaala.com along with your order number and an image of the purchased product, stating the reason for the exchange. It is to be noted that the there is additional charges Rs 150/- for exchange. The new product would only be send after the company receives the product and a proper inspection of the product has been done.

All products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange product to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, after receiving the product.


Replacement can only be done when damaged or wrong products are delivered to the customer.

In order to initiate a replacement please drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at care@nautankishaala.com along with your order number and an image of the purchased product (please highlight the area of the defect) and state the reason for return. 

In case a customer has to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned.

Nautankishaala does not refund the amount in monetary terms, we offer replacement and exchange. 

For clothing items, replacement/ refunds are not valid if they get damaged after hard-wash. Please follow the instructions provided on the product page to avoid such mishaps. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

Please note that the color of the products on the website may differ slightly depending on the screen of the laptop or phone being used. 

Nautankishaala takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages.

We do not offer replacement for a sale product.

We do not entertain returns or replacements for the products like masks due to sanitation and hygiene norms. 

In case of circumstances where the customer provides the wrong information (address, phone number, or other details), the brand is not responsible for it. No replacement or return would be done if the product is delivered at the wrong address due to the customer's fault. In case the product fails to be delivered due to the incomplete or wrong shipping details provided by the customer and is sent back to the warehouse. Re-shipping could only be initiated after the customer re-pays for the shipping charges.  


- We accept replacement/exchange for clothing items only when the wrong item is sent or received a damaged product.

- We do not accept returns.


How do I cancel an order on Nautankishaala?

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at care@nautankishaala.com with your order number.

Please note that cancellation could only be done for the orders that are not dispatched from the warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and would be subjected to a return/ replacement policy. 


Due to COVID, there may be a delay experienced in the delivery time, we would be thankful for your cooperation and patience. 



Your product is shipped within two business days after your order is placed. However, if your order is placed before 10 am, we are most likely to ship on the same day. 

Orders for T-Shirts and Hoodies will be processed in 5-7 business days ( as it is made on demand ) and will be delivered in 10 business days in metro cities and 11-14 business days for rest of India.
