Care Instructions - 

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
  • Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.

Shipping & Return

Processing & Shipping

Once we have received your order please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holiday).

If you have placed a COD order then after placing your order you will receive a CALL for order confirmation. Your order will only be shipped after confirmation over call.

Once the order is processed it will be delivered in 7-10 days. To make sure that order is delivered within mentioned time frame please provide correct house number, building name, street name and pincode. Nautankishaala is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the courier service we have no control over the package.

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, WhatsApp and SMS will be sent with a link.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. (care@nautankishaala.com) We only cancel the order if it is not processed and shipped.

(ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE ORDERS)

 

Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.200 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email. Awesome Print and Great Customer Service

Loved the print and I’d some concerns about my size but they were answered in a quick and thorough manner.
I would love to see the same print on a black hoodie or oversized t-shirt.

I thought what could be the best review for your product and I'm a kind of person who loves to wear hoodies. My apologies for not sharing pictures (I'm not much of a social media user) but this is one of the best hoodie I've ever own. So far I've washed it once and the quality remains the same. In simple words, I just loved it.
